So I come from a day at the office. I wanted to be home and finish a few emails off. Then go riding while it was still light out. I get home, Macbook PRO returns from its slumber. And I have no internet. I go down stairs to see if the standard issue( one light blinking ) is going on. Yup! This happenes about twice a week. When I say twice the outage is for about two days. I used to call Comcast Support. But the standard line(Reboot your modem), is old hat. If your going to have a network and you have to always reboot your modem. I would go back to running Windows.
So what did I do. Plugin my wonderful verizon wireless card. It seems to always work at my house. I really can’t wait till FIOS gets here. But that is another story of how a tech says my house is to far for fiber. I work in fiber, YOUR A LIAR. You don’t have the budget to run it yet.
